Pan Fried Steak with Garlic & Mushrooms

Post by Bergy » Wed Dec 11, 2019 1:52 am

There is noting better than a perfectly cooked Pan Fried steak, I know a few BBQers that will argue the point so let's just say Pan fried are MMm. This was a small, cost the earth worth every penny Tenderloin. It could almost melt in your mouth.

Thanks Lee & Bea. When you start off and pay for prime beef you have to watch how you cook it or you end up crying for money not well spent. Beef Tenderloin is $55.00!
