Post
by Bergy » Sun Jul 14, 2019 1:30 pm
This recipe is courtesy of "In Sock Monkey Slippers as art of the US Potato Boards's Potato Lovers club.I will post the recipe as written however when I made it I cut back to 2 eggs, used dehydrated kale and made it stove top.It worked perfectly.
Recipe just written will not be available as yet.

Pardon my dumb question. A frittata is like a patty, then? I never knew what one was.
Those look really good.

Hi whats etc! A frittata is more like an oven omelet than a pattie- I just do it on top of the stove because if I only use 2 eggs (one serving) it can easily be stovetop

I have a Love/Hate relationship with
eggs, I love them ,but well never mind. ;)
But I think that I would have to deal with a bit of discomfort
to try this
