Smoked salmon was one of dh's favourites, come Christmas many of his holiday gifts included smoked salmon which saw to the start of my 'Salmon Cookbook' Your recipe looks super easy and has all the ingredients we love, also I too am fond of salmon be it smoked, fresh or canned which will see that recipe of yours added to make list!
