Brie Stuffed Strawberries

Our first strawberries of the season are in but they are quite small so I could not suff them. I cut them in half arranged them on serving plates and dotted the brie mix over them. A wonderful fresh tasting appetizer that is good for you and so delicious. This will be made several . times over our strawberry season

Beautiful photo's Bery. Thbose Strawberries look so good!
Ohh my ....how opposites attract and the grass in greener on the other side :D !
Winter here in full force..... the strawberries are not as flavourful but still o.k. from interstate.

This season the strawberries on our market shelves are lush and super sweet, been adding them to my yogurt. Brie is now on my shop list.
