Pressed Cuban Style Burger

This is a special burger but can be a bit tricky. I didn't place it it foil for the pressing stage & had some sliding problems. However the burger got golden on the outside and still tasted wonderful. It became a knife & fork burger to eat. The ingredients all melded together to become a taste treat.
