Rainbow rout in a Foil Pouch

It came out perfect. So moist and tasty. Minimal ingredients and easy to put together. It is rare that I can get fresh trout but I snap it up when it's there. This recipe will be made many times. Great photo! That was dh's absolute favourite, I much prefer your plated trout to the plated versions in most of the restaurants. It would make me shudder! Seems reason for requiring heads and tails be attached is be verify the length to be classified as trout. I only know that as I googled it a couple of weeks back when dd asked why her dad's favorite always came with the head attached) :)
