Wonderful pics, knew I should have picked up the great looking croissants when I was in the city but it seemed too big a bag for one. Could have popped the extras in the freezer. Next time!

Thanks Gerry. That was my problem too - I only wanted one t - just to try this recipe. But thankfully our "Save On" store had them in the bulk section.
