This is a treat! I finished mine, as you can see with Maple syrup & fresh Blackberries. It is also good with confectioner's sugar drizzled over & lemon wedges

Bergy, what an awesome looking puffed pancake! Haven't made one for years and never topped with berries, I see that on for a wonderful weekend breakfast - soon!
