Easy & so delicious. The mayo keeps the salmon lovely & moist.

That looks fantastic Bergy. Funny I just made fish topped with mayo also, it always turns out so moist. You got me on to that trick.

I cannot see the recipe either :(

Great looking Salmon, I too can't see the recipe, has me wonder if it's a new posting and not yet through the process.

I can't remember when fish or salmon was not part of Easter's Good Friday, these past years usually stuffed and on the bbq, weather permitting. This year a whole salmon may be too large so possibly need to be sub with smaller fillets - that one looks awesome!
