I cut this recipe back to 4 drumsticks with no problem. Just hot enough to tempt you and not set you on fire. Loved the recipe.

Looks easy and delish. I love the recipes that can be cut back for two- I hate having too many leftovers.
I think I tried something like this about ten years ago from a low-carb site. Except I don't think it had soy or anything. It's a great choice for keeping the carbs down. I'd definitely make this one.
