QueenBea's Slow Cooker Maple Mustard Chicken

This recipe gives a very mellow , pleasant flavor to the chicken. When I was putting the ingredients together I was thinking this will never work however I remembered the photo of the recipe and how appetizing it looked so I persevered. I am sure glad that I did. Not only is the recipe easy it is delicious and goes into my favorites

I would say i thigh would be great but perhaps it needs a bone in it so it doesn't get dry. What say you Bea?
