Swedish Pancakes

Post by Bergy » Wed Jan 02, 2019 12:06 pm

A tradition in this household is to have Swedish Pancakes for Brunch New Years day. We started off with a small dish of fresh pinaepple then dug into the pancakes - Just look at that stack! We said we'll never eat all those - well they are very thin and guess what? We ate all but two. Started off with them smeared in sour cream and blue berries then had some in the traditional way with butter & sugar. You can still see the smear on the plate from the blueberries. This is just a once a year treat so there are NO calories.
