Post

A friend gave me some Moose meat -what a treat. I don't know any hunters and you can't buy it so I was thrilled and turned to Bea for recipes. So glad that I did. I used this Venison recipe forgot the sesame seeds and loved the result. The met was tender & the spicing just right. I am now looking forward to the ground Moose and the roast.

Thanks Lee. I feel so lucky being given this wild meat. I had never tasted Moose before and it has a lovely rich flavour. With this recipe no wild taste. We'll see how the burger turns out on Saturday,
