Mac & Cheese

Lovely old time recipe. I made the full recipe and have 3 portions for two servings frozen. Mac & Cheese takes a bit of effort but well worth it. I used aged Marble Cheddar so it is a bit pale but tasted Mmmmm.This is a recipe that I will make for the third time.
