Old School Beef Short Ribs

This is the tastiest, easiest recipe for short ribs that I have ever made. I seasoned & placed the ribs, onion & celery in the centre of a large sheet of foil. Mixed together all the sauce ingredients and poured it over the ribs. Sealed the package, let it rest for a short while and then put it in the a pre heated 325f oven 2 1/2 hours before dinner. The ribs were moist, tender and oh so good at dinner time. No muss no fuss.
