Lemon & Garlic Grilled Fish

Post by Bergy » Sat Oct 20, 2018 11:39 am

I have made this before and loved it. I used fresh Snapper. This time I baked it in a 400F oven for 20 minutes. Served with rice, fresh green steamed beans and new carrots.

That fish look so good Bergy.
I don't mind fresh fish, but rarely cook it as it is so expensive and very hard to find around here. Go figure I live between two bay's so you would think it would be everywhere!
Of course we can go catch it for ourselves but then when we catch one, I just want to throw the poor thing back.
But I will have to try and find somewhere that is not so expensive.... probably best over winter (when tourists are not around) and also not on weekends.

Thanks Bea - MMM Pickeral - I am so glad that I have a Pickeral connection and can get it every once in a while. The cheeks are super good
