And for DH's smoko I made him my recipe of https://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/mini- ... arts-30571 - Mini Salted Caramel Tarts - recipe makes a dozen but at DH's request I used milk chocolate and not dark chocolate and not to add the salt.

Love that dinner - I would stand in line for iit. In fact I did stand in line for a similat dinner in a pub in Piccadilly London - yea Bangers & mash (missing the mustard though) . Sounds & Looks wonderful

Bergy I am not the biggest fan of mustard but in this case it worked really well and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Tisme those tarts are so easy and takes only minutes (I bought the tart cases at Coles) though DH has requested that I make it again but to make my own caramel instead of using the Nestle's tinned caramel (https://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/caram ... ling-14226) Caramel Tart Filling.
