Pears & Cheese (Formaggio Con Le Pere)

What a delight! I served this recipe as a side to Lamb Stew. Just the right addition. I used shredded Romano instead of cubes because that is what I had on hand. This recipe will go well with any hot, spicy food. I'll make it again for sure.

This is why I like recipe photos. If I saw a recipe for pears and cheese, I would probably pass over making it. However, your photo makes me want to give it a try.
