OH YES _ This is super delicious. Takes 10 minutes to make and is so enjoyable. A very mellow taste. Served on mini dry toasted Garlici baguett slices. Goes into my favourites for sure.

Thanks TisMe, Lee, & Bea. I am always intrigued with recipes that have different combinations of ingredients, like this one, and love to find out how wonderful they taste.
