I'mPat's Warmed Camembert
Post

I love this easy recipe. I did it in the oven at 350F (Cheese was already at room temp) for 7 minutes. It was small wheel just for the 2 of us. so I pre - cut the wheel in half, placed it on foil, added slices of garlic and thyme. 7 minutes had the cheese lovely & soft but just before the runny stage. It was served on slices of baguette. We loved it.

I really love that blue plate in your second photo such a lovely colour. Ive never had that cheese I am thinking it like a soft cream cheese?

Thanks SweetanStuff. It is soft cheese but has a lot more "pep" than regular cream cheese. Camembert & Brie cheese are quite similar

Lovely photos Bergy
I love Brie!!! But sadly it doesn't love me, it wants out as soon as it comes in.

Looks good, is the garlic pre roasted? I will go check the recipe, probably answers my question!

It is good - No the garlic is raw but thin sliced so cooked enough. I would love Steven if the garlic was totally raw.
