Lemon Dill Salmon Burger
Post
by Bergy » Sat Sep 10, 2016 10:27 am
I just served the pattie without the bun. It is so nice to be able to buy fresh ground wild sockey salmon & to have a salmon burger with or without a bun.

Looks good, love salmon patties but have never had a fresh salmon burger! Will have to watch for it!

That looks/sounds so good! I love wild salmon. Don't believe I have ever seen salmon fresh ground. That would be a treat, have to keep an eye open for it.

Thanks Maito. I love being able to buy it but it is quite easy to make your own. Just cut a piece of filet into chunks, then use a food chopper. But watch it, go slow, because you don't want to puree it
