Hi Shadows.
It does have a lot of great reviews on Amazon. The first one I saw cracked me up. The title was:"This woman has the worst sense of self-preservation of any character I have ever ..."
I finished Book 5 of the murder mysteries I'm reading. And I'm half way of book #6
Murder in Nice.
I'm loving all the French Riviera :D :D
Can't wait to go on a trip

A quick drop in, I am working the recovery time and had it confirmed I am doing exceptionally well but remains the need of a cane and needing to take care. Not too surprising that everything is done at a slower pace and never enough time come the end of the day to get to reviewing. Enjoyed the reviews this morning, while we do have our preferences when it comes to the choosing I enjoy each and every review and a big plus is my friends love the heads up on books they would have missed! :)

Just finished " A Cure For Madness" by Jodi McIsaac. Kept me reading late into the night. It is kind of an end of world book but not. I recommend this to everyone.
I have just started " The Last Queen of England" by Steve Robinson, so far a good read.

A cure for madness sounds very interesting. What did you think about the ending? I saw several reviews that it was wrapped up to fast. Do you agree?

I finished book 6 on my series and also 7 "Murder in the Latin Quarter".
I read The Law of Attraction is *B.S. by Linda Ryan . The "B.S," stands for Basically Simple. It's a very short book. I enjoyed a lot. Uplifting.
Also read Drawing the Sacred by William Wittmann. I enjoyed it too.Inspires.What I did like about that book is that it had a link to a very interesting TED talk (I love TED) It's about a woman that had a stroke and lost her left side of the brain and what it felt to just used the right side only (the creative one.) It's called my Stroke of insight. Here is the link: https://www.ted.com/talks/jill_bolte_ta ... of_insight

And now about to start book 8 "Murder in the Abbey"

Pia the ending was a bit different, I thought it could have gone into a little more detail , but the book was long anyway. ;)

Now I am reading Beartown - a book about a hockey town -- small town where everyone is involved with hockey. It is very good and I am enjoying it.

A fantastic book which I highly recommend -- hockey town but a lot about the relationships within the town.
