We have not smoked anything this summer, our smoker is officially retired. We are presently in search of a new one :/

The BBQ is still covered in snow but we have mild weather coming so we should be firing it up soon!!! What s long winter this has been. 🥴

Alder smoked Salmon

Sorry for blurry pics , but I shake..

I smoke these with tradition Alder. Dry brined with pink Hymilain (sp?) salt and brown sugar. Used a commercial spice blend (AH! Sh*t ) to finish.

No. It's still a little chilly right now. Hopefully on hubby's next payday we can get some charcoal. It's getting a little warmer. It's not really to cold to cook outside if you're just getting it on and off the grill.
