Grilling/Smoking

It's never to cold to cook outside! I have been know to grill and smoke in a snow storm!

No snow in this one but only 20° .

Not only cooking outside but living for 4 days.

Finished a big batch of homemade chorizo that we again smoked using pecan wood.

Yes it does but anything I do now causes pain, just my life now!

Homemade chorizo sounds great, I can almost taste it! Enjoyed smoked sausage this past month via son and grandson and yes homemade is so good! Sorry for the pain in the doing, as Bea said "that sux"
