I make everything on the grill. I have a smoker, small, electric, and full size. My charcoal and my propane. So, I'm a huge griller.

I make mac and cheese, soup, veggies, rice; you name it. Smoked salmon I just made; smoked chicken; and then, just every day grilling.

Can't wait, love it!! My type of cooking.

Derf, I don't like, it; and try to stay in when it is cool; but yes, even in the rain, I grill and smoke. I had to smoke my salmon part of the time in the garage last week because of a rain shower. I use my cast iron pans on my grill all the time. Propane, most of the time; but not always. I also use my wood chip box to give smoky flavors too.

I will be adding the info I have to each of those and I Invite all of you to do the same. If there are outdoor forms of cooking that I have missed, please add them.

Happy to see outdoor grilling with all the extras!

With our long long cold winters here in Saskatchewan, the warm and sunny days see us outdoors happily grilling and enjoying backyard get togethers with family and friends. Since we often do Potluck I will be right here looking for both new recipes and new ideas to enjoy and share with my guests. :D
