Very nice place here! Most all the cooking I do is outside. I have a small offset smoker, a large offset smoker and a CharGriller Akorn Kamado cooker. I have been cooking outdoors since my teens and now I am 62 and nearing retirement. I never seem to tire of the smell of meat cooked over/with wood!

Welcome Tex, I agree, nothing smells better the food on the grill. I made bacon and eggs in a cast iron skillet over the grill this morning and it made breakfast so much better, yummy!
