Cold weather grilling/smoking
Just because the weather has turned cold in some parts (I know those on the east coast are unusually warm ) does not mean you can not still use your grill or smoker. How many of you still cook outside in the winter months?

Even though I'm in Northeast Ohio, I grill year round. We have a covered patio and a natural gas grill. So it makes it easy.

I do a lot of grilling in the winter Lee, but the smoker is stashed away in the garage for the winter. Although we did spark it up last winter and left it in the garage with the door open and it worked perfectly.

FL, so you know my grill and smoker will be working 24/7.

Is any one going to smoke or grill their meal for Christmas?
If weather and wife cooperate I am going to do my Double Smoked Ham http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/double ... -ham-22422

Oooooo, I do hope they cooperate, I would love to see the results.
I am not hosting the Xmas dinner this year which is very weird for me because I am usually in full Xmas baking mode this time of year, but, nope....... I am sitting back and having everything done for me for a change.
