I am looking for recipes using cooked beef/steak? I am not sure how to search for this. If anyone has any suggestions let me know.

You can use it anywhere beef is called for. We use it in chili, meat pies, stews, pulled beef BBQ, taco's etc.

Was it a roast, skirt (flank, etc), ground?

Leftover beef ... Perfect for so many dishes.
- quesadillas are delicious; a few veggies, fave cheese and toppings
- calzones, you can mix with peppers, onions, and mushrooms; serve with marinara
- pizza, just add some mushrooms and onions
- add some onion, mushrooms; and put on a hoagie, top with swiss cheese
- add to any soup
- great to add to FRIED rice, STIR fry, POT pie, SHEPHERDS pie, etc.

So, tons of options.

Made pot pie using this recipe - using http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/beef-pot-pie-7694 - it was great and didn't taste like leftovers again!

So funny, I came in here to suggest pot pies! But you beat me to it! What about chipped beef on toast or mashed taters. Just make a dark gravy from beef stock and add pieces of meat. YUM we eat that alot of times, when I am out of ideas!
