I just never thought about posting it. Almost done. But I have to get working, so it will be today if not in the next few minutes.

Perhaps we need a crouton recipe posting drive to see who comes up with the most creative and interesting new recipe!
Maybe we could have fun and vote whose recipe was the most unique.
Shall we?

In a medium bowl, pour some olive oil (about 1/4 cup) and 1 or 2 teaspoons of Italian spice blend, a pinch of salt and pepper. Cube up your bread and toss them in with the oil/spice mixture. Mix well with your hands till they're all coated. Put them on a cookie sheet and bake in a 375 degree F oven for about 8 minutes or until slightly crispy, but not completely dried out. Enjoy! :D

Sue that sounds like fun! I think people would participate. It would be a great way for me to use up the bread from my breadmaker experiments!
