In a medium bowl, pour some olive oil (about 1/4 cup) and 1 or 2 teaspoons of Italian spice blend, a pinch of salt and pepper. Cube up your bread and toss them in with the oil/spice mixture. Mix well with your hands till they're all coated. Put them on a cookie sheet and bake in a 375 degree F oven for about 8 minutes or until slightly crispy, but not completely dried out. Enjoy!
