I wanted to make homemade croutons with my stale bread from the bread maker. Alas, there are no crouton recipes on ZAZZ!

We desperately need crouton recipes posted people! ;)

I have one too, similar but a bit different for someone to try. I will post. Pretty generic, but a good basic recipe.

Derf, I just made them, a variation of yours and Kittens recipe from another site. OMG, I couldn't stop eating them. The reason I needed them was, I made my moms easy chicken hotdish, thought I had boxed stuffing. I didn't, so I wanted croutons to make stuffing on the fly. They were awesome in the quick stovetop style stuffing. I reluctantly dumped it into the casserole dish and quickly covered it up, so I would stop picking! I will rate recipe later. I even took pics! ;)
