Tumeric Dusted Pan Fried Okra;
Slice the okra lengthwise, dust with tumeric,pan fry till crisp sprinkle with seasalt ,eat hot if possible; so good!

You can also add some in to lentil soup, without adding other spices.

Yes, they do sound great! I had my husband purchase tumeric when he was in India earlier this year but I haven't used it yet because I had no idea what to do with it. I'll be making these.
