I realize your looking for a baked mac and cheese, there's an really easy recipe by KittenKal that I have made it's a clone by Kraft Deluxe mac and cheese it's darn close to the real thing, and that reminds me I must go and rate it, if you would like the recipe number I can post it here for you shapeweaver.
