What are some of your favorite recipes for your crockpot? I finally got a new model and I want to play with it.
I only have 3 people and 1 dog to feed, so I don't need massive portions.

Mine tend to make a fair amount, but you can always cut the quantities back. Or...they do freeze pretty well.

Those chicken thighs look really good Felix! What type of chili sauce do you use? Is it spicy hot sauce type stuff or the bottle of chili sauce that is kind of more like ketchup? Or sweet chili sauce? My daughter looooveess chicken thighs.Felix4067 wrote:Mine tend to make a fair amount, but you can always cut the quantities back. Or...they do freeze pretty well.

I use the kind that's more like ketchup. But I have occasionally used Thai Garlic Chili sauce...however, if you're doing that, you should use about 1/4-1/2 teaspoon and make the rest up with more ketchup, because it's WAY hotter.

Most of what I put together in a crock-pot is just that "put together" I really should take the time to write things down as I make them, lol.
Here are some of my favourites I did take the time to jot down as I made them.
