Muffins from the home page - which recipe?

There is a nice picture of cupcakes or muffins in the Valentine's Day article that have what appear to be strawberry slices on top of them. The recipe didn't appear in the list, so I was wondering which recipe it is. I would like to make them.

Does anyone know which recipe it is? I tried using the search, but it just brings up all kinds of muffins for me.
