I used to make a pudding that was made in a saucepan years ago.
It was way back when we had renovations and did not have an oven for months, that I found this recipe in a magazine, but I since lost it.
All I can remember is that it used jam, and when made the jam came out as a sauce.
It was made on a cook top or hotplates, and made in a saucepan, it was a sponge type pudding.
Does anyone make this or have a recipe that may be similar?
