Once again looking to our Canadian Thanksgiving long weekend, I had planned to start anew for 2015 but as sometimes happens life got in the way. Have to love the recipes and photos going back to 2013, great choices for our Thanksgiving meal, well worth the read!

Still working on my holiday meal plan, for sure turkey and pumpkin pie ...

So come on in choose a recipe or two and do share your recipes and plans for this year's holiday celebration. :)

This for the first time I am not cooking a Thanksgiving dinner. We are going out with a friend to restaraunt and have our fulll Turkey dinner. Guess age makes one lazy! :( :(
Thanks for the post Gerry. I look forward to seeing everyones plans

This is a first for us, we are both working over the weekend so we will not be celebrating Thanksgiving like we usually do. We will not be hosting the regular Pot-Luck Thanksgiving dinner. I will still be cooking a turkey but it will be a small one for just DH and I on Monday. It will be very quiet, lol.

Thanks Gerry for asking me to post these recipes - I certainly am pleased to do so:

Easy or simple really describes this sauce but it is good too

Now this one is far more traditional and I consider the gourmet of the group

Have made Bergy's awesome Raisin Sauce #recipe2042 a number of times ... raisin sauce for ham is what cranberries are to turkey!
