Turkey is a given, will have to get to the menu planning - soon! I like to have plenty of dressing so usually make extra, roll in foil and bake. That has me making both our family favourite

What I am needing for dietary issues is a low carb dressing, thinking to vegetable mix or ... anyone have a low carb dressing?

Getting down to some last minute planning for my Easter meals had me think to our Easter over at Potluck, sharing for those also still finalizing their weekend holiday meals.

While a much smaller gathering of family this weekend any thoughts to change our traditional Easter meals quickly had me find expectations are for our traditional Turkey and dressing, ham, cabbage rolls and for one of the meals a simmering pot of #recipe1154.

Remains need to decide on appetizers, vegetable side and salad. As for appetizers one needs to be a shrimp platter and one a vegetable/dip.

I always add at least one new recipe when we gather, the biggie this year is dessert. Picked up lovely fresh strawberries, fresh fruit and whipping cream thinking to one of the offerings be light and low carb ... welcoming any suggestions.

ere you go Gerry as requested

This is a lovely recipe that I have enjoyed before. I just had a very small ham but made almost the full glaze recipe. What I didn't use on the ham I mixed in some raisins and served ti along side the dinner. For the sweet potatoes I almost followed Mikekey's #2291 but just baked it all together. Sprouts were just steamed. We really enjoyed our dinner

On the side for dinner the other night to a sirloin/porterhouse steak stuffed with minced prawns that had been laced with garlic and chilli and then topped with more prawns that had been steeped in a creamy garlic sauce we had my recipe of http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/potato ... bake-17645
