Thank you for posting your Lamb recipes ellie, that spice mix sounds awesome, I have those spices but not the lamb! The spice mixture looked so good I took the liberty to add your photo, hope you don't mind. :)

No problem -- but someone else took the photo -- I never figured out how to take and post photos of food and it is usually gone before I can take a photo anyways.

Most of the photos on my recipes are those of others Ellie. I so appreciate each and every one! I am in the learning mode when it comes to posting photos, as for the taking eye issues made it an aim and shoot which does not work well for forums! I now have a larger screen tablet that lets me see what I am taking and grandson set up a system that sees them go automatically go to the computer, now to just find extra time to do it. I tried at Christmas and as with you most of it was gone before I got to it.

I was hoping you would see to dessert suggestions ellie, that had me check my recipes and did find a few that have been crowd pleasers for Easter and special holiday meals. I keep hoping to see additional Easter recipes from our members!

Another of the recipes I think to as a 'golden oldie' that has stood the test of time. Has a rich and buttery tasting crust with a lovely pineapple filling. Bakes up beautifully, makes for an irresistible and delectable addition to a dessert tray or served as a dessert.

A knock your socks off kind of recipe that always made hit at our Easter Brunch after Easter Sunday services and shared. Love when friends share! It can be made in a 9-13 pan but I find a springform pan makes for great presentation. Never an empty platter for this one.

Another is the light and lovely Lemon Freeze that seems perfect after a special occasion meal. A plus is it's make ahead.

Always the hope I will come back to see members sharing their Easter recipes. :)

As I was looking for my cinnamon sticks for the ingredients to make up a fresh Simmer Pot for Easter it reminded me to add a recipe that adds to my holiday. I love the fragrance of this simmer pot with the fresh aroma that entices and makes home feel warm and inviting. Love that it is made using natural ingredients.
