I love them too for parties ... well anytime really; but, especially parties. Especially with people outside, BBQ's etc. Always fun to have.

1 big cup of fresh strawberries, rough chopped
1 can (14 oz) can coconut milk (not cream or water)
1 cup fresh pineapple, rough chopped
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/4 cup shredded sweetened coconut
sweeten to taste, use your favorite

To make it adult ... add a bit less coconut milk and add dark rum.
I even find, just adding rum without cutting back on the milk; it still freezes fine.

Add everything to a blender and pulse until smooth. Add to small paper cups. When, slightly frozen, add sticks
this looks like a great recipe!

Oh My Goodness! These drinks sound so good. I feel like having one now. So what if it's 6:00 in the morning

All of them sound yummy. I am stuck with premixed drinks as I am the only one to drink them.

Well I finally got around to cleaning out my 2 freezers. I normally do it during Spring Break as that is when they are just under 1/2 full each. But I just had no energy or motivation to do it. Then I hit restocking mode. So I had to borrow a couple coolers from work and transfer as much to 1 freezer as I could jam in there and then fill the coolers. Clean and cool down 1 freezer at a time. Took 2 1/2 hrs total.

Finally got to go to the Farmer:s Market. Picked up 20 lb Bluberries, couple bags of peas, baby potatoes, a bag of mixed lettuce, a bunch of sweet onions, and grabbed snacks from a baker. Then to Walmart and grabbed 4 dozen 1/2 pint jars, a present for my nephew. A stop at Starbucks for drinks. Then the Produce Store where I found 2 cases of Cherries. Then the Meat Store to grab Pork Ribs to try out my new smoker on Friday.
