Not too much. I did make a lot of tomato sauce from my tomatoes. I like a fresher sauce with skins on.

I have fridge pickles. 5 jars

Also, from my pepper plants, I did 7-8 bags; some just frozen, some blanched and a couple of pepper jellies.

Also strawberry freezer jam.

And from my mango tree, lots of frozen mango. Just sliced and frozen.

So nice to see everyone save a little summer.
It's so wonderful not to have to pay the high prices for vegetables and canned things in the grocery store.

I do have herbs year round. FL, so I always have them. Dried lots and have quite a few jars

I love these pickles - I used to make at least a dozen and more jars. Everyone that tasted them wanted a jar. Now I just make a couple of jars - one for Christmas and two for two dear friends

Bergy , Don't be hard on yourself ;) the wife and I have a system,we have been canning together for 38 years.

Nice looking pickles ans photos.

Thanks Shadow - I used to do a lot of canning but as one ages and the energy decreases I have found there are many events (like canniong) I can fore :lol: :lol: :lol: go
