Do you have a big place Deb?
54 tomatoes!!
For now I've planted and have sprouted: Faba beans, green beans, peas, edamame, green mung beans, several herbs, radish, tomatoes and Rocoto peppers.
Yesterday I planted, squash and pumpkins.
Next should be more peppers, cantaloupe and lettuce.
I have a small yard....  It's going to be out of control.
Not really big.... but do have 6 acres Pia,
I have just planted beans, and lettuce myself... unfortunately too far south for cantaloupe......... I wish!!! :D

I had to move my vegie patch this year, because of fruit trees
growing and shading it.... .... my patch is my sanity.. I used to water it and enjoy a glass of wine during summer.... but now its moved, it looks right into our neighbours (not close) but enough so they can see me, they come out to say hello, every night ............ and I just want my serenity not much too ask..... they are soooooo lovely.... so I should not complain, but after a day of work... I
need some serinty.
:D
Had to find something that climbs...so I have planted a lot of climbing beans! :? ;)
If your garden is going to be out of control.... think of the plus side ... its edible! :D ;)
Between the 2 of us, we could just about supply everyone at zaaz.
Chief Zazz Gardeners.... ;)

Ha, ha!
Absolutely!!
I understand what you mean about your relaxing routine being disrupted.
I planted beans on the fence, to get a little more privacy, also. But mine are only up to my knee for now.  Thanks God I'm short, barely 5.1 (on a good day). They should cover me soon.

 ...Pia, not a thing I would eat.
As a matter of a fact I very rarely eat meat. About the only meat is bacon, chicken and roast beef.... I cook it for DH and the family.... but just do not like eating it myself..... sad but true!
Looking at the baby bunnies playing outside together... I couldn't bare the thought of eating them. I think the neighbours get their fare share..... but I have told them...what I don't know doesn't hurt me.

LOL. I was just joking. I know that you almost do not eat meat. I ❤ all your veggie recipes.
I do eat meat, but if I had to kill the animal myself to eat it...I would be a vegetarian.
I even say sorry to my tomato plant when I cut a tomato, ha ha.
Do you plant potatoes?

Haha, he is definitely in the naughty list
300 hundred??? Wow! I hope you like it. That is a vine right?
I know you can freeze it, because I see it in the markets here. Like 500 grs bags of frozen pulp. We call it Maracuyá.
You can make pretty delicious frozen drinks with it.

I'm experimenting this year growing potatoes in straw. We'll see....plants are big. Who knows whats happening underneath.

Yes I think freezing might be the way to go Pia! :D
Yes it is a vine, it has just taken off this year, foe some unknown reason.
I grew potato's in straw last year and got a really good crop.
I forgot about it this year, and didn't think about it .... until it was too late. :?
Good luck with them and lets know how they go.
