Hello there,

I'm afraid that I didn't have a chance to make, Fizzybrat's: Brandied Raisin Brie during the Holidays as planned. We had so much food and didn't want to overdo it. Want to make this when we can enjoy it. When my daughter stays with us again (she has her own place now), I will make this (hubs won't eat it nor will my son, but we'll see). I and both my daughters will devour it. When she's back to stay over the weekend (maybe in the next 2-3 weeks), I'll make it, unless I'm craving before then. Sorry for the long-winded story, but can I please have an extension.
