I stitch -- do needlepoint and other embroidery and have been doing at lot on my projects. I also read and looking for recipes here using ingredients I have or ones that sub in really easily. I think it will be quite a while before we are out in the public again -- was concerned when Trump was talking about June 1 -- as I think his dates tend to be pretty far off.

Yes I feel guilty going to the store now... We live very rural and apparently people in the "hot spots" think they will be safe here. They are coming here like flies on poop. I will feel terrible if I get sick from someone and give it to someone I know because of one of them "runners".
They are everywhere. The hotels in the Black Hills are filling up. I see vehicles from those states on the otherwise pretty empty interstate going into town. They are in my apartment building, too. Spreading it far and wide. I need to go to the store today, we need milk and eggs.
My husband got a machete as a gag gift. I think I will go outside and wave it around so people will think I'm crazy and stay away.

The same is happening in the smaller villages around us. Also a lot of people are moving into their camps/cottages since the weather is getting milder. Great idea I think! If I didn't have to work i would be moving in to our summer camp also.....
I had to venture out today to get some produce and there is loads of stuff at discounted prices because it is all going bad. Bananas were 9 cents a pound, but all brown. I wish I had more freezer space, I would of stocked up on some not so bad stuff. I do hope they donate some of that stuff, it would be awful to see it thrown out. So there was not much fresh stuff left, I bought a few things I needed for my work lunches but left disappointed.
Believe it or not there was toilet paper!!! Only 1 package per order allowed...
