Thank you Judy.
I made fettuccine last night and I tried one plain; I could not taste the squid.
I made them with a creamy shrimp sauce. They turned out very good. Will be posting the recipe when I'm back from my trip.

That is perfection. Never made squid ink; but, have had it many times.
For those who are curious ... it has a bit of a seafood flavor; but, mild.

It is really delicious. Your steps and tutorial is just great. I admit, I buy mine; but, I admire what you made. Really nicely done.
And, your finish dish looks amazing!

Your ravioli looks amazing MsPia, I've seen those featured on restaurant menus, I would love to make it but I'm not sure if I have the patience for it :?

Thanks Kim and peppercricket.
I use my bread machine to do the kneading and the pasta machine to roll the dough.
It was really easy and fast.
