I have never seen McGyver. I have that in my Netflix queue too to check it out.

It's an old series, but really cool. I never missed a show. I was totally hooked.

I got through every episode of the Stargate series and spinoffs - what a great series! I thought they lost their way towards the end a bit, but overall, loved the show.

I also watched Stargate Atlantis, which I LOVED so much and had to rush through. Netflix was losing its contract and I had only a couple of weeks to watch the entire show before it was gone. I watched almost nothing but Atlantis when I had time to watch a tv show. I hate that I rushed through it - it was even better than SG1.

Then I watched the movies they put out. The first one was OK, the last one was good. I was happy to see them tie up the stories after the show had been cancelled. Would have been nice to get a movie featuring the Atlantis cast as well.

I watched the Stargate Universe spinoff and found it so different from the original format. I really hated the first few episodes and almost stopped watching entirely. It never really grew on me much, but I did want to see where the story led. Something was missing in that show - very few characters stood out to me. It felt like a teen soap more than a sci-fi show. Way too much angst on that ship!

I am sad that there is no more Stargate to watch now that I have seen it all.

Once Jack moved up to General it all changed for me. He made several apperances but without his sense of humour to the enemies it just didn't feel the same.

Oh yes he was Church! No matter what the threat he would just laugh in their face.
