Tip On Oat Flour

Post by KittenCal » Tue Dec 20, 2011 10:55 am

No oat flour?--- you can make your own by grinding rolled oats in your food processor. You will need 1 1/4 cup of oats to make 1 cup of oat flour. Grind until it is the consistency of flour.

If you don't have brown rice flour, you can substitute a few different flours such as barley, potato, millet or spelt flour using the same measurements.
