Christmas Leftovers . . . HELP!

Anyone have suggestions for using up about 5 pounds of leftover ham!!!

Mac and cheese with ham, even can add broccoli
Fritatta or Quiche

WOW, thanks Kim! I zeroed in on the Swiss Ham and Onion Pie! That will be dinner tonight!

I love ham and make it all the time.

I forgot ham and cheese croquettes. You can use ham, cheese, corn, onions, peppers, anything. I make them quite often. I make mine more flat then round and just pan saute.
A creamy mustard sauce or a spicy cranberry sauce is a nice condiment.
