My local butcher has prime rib steaks on sale next week ... he gave me a heads up. I called my son and asked it that was OK. They are huge, so 2 steak will easily feed he, his gf and me. Last time I slow roasted them for about 30 minutes and OMG, they were tender and moist. I made a horseradish sauce and au jus to go with them. Perfect for 2-3 people.

So that is Christmas Eve taken care of. I know a twice baked potato and caesar salad will be involved as well. And, a few stone crab claws to start.

Christmas Day ... Decided on ham, potato salad, and baked beans.

Thanks. This is the 5th year we will do Linda's lamb recipe ( I just use the marinade part of the recipe and cook the lamb on the rotisserie).

Come on gang... What are you making????

I am going to my sister's house the week before Christmas to make Christmas cookies, so will be sharing those after we do them!

Still pondering about my Christmas dinner though...

Anyone got any fabulous recipes to give me ideas??

I won't be eating any of it but they are fun to make and go over really well whenever I make them... Going shopping tomorrow to get all the ingredients...
