Our stuffing at least for me was the best. A whole stick of butter, celery, onion, mushrooms; and sweated them on low for a good 30 minutes. Also a little s/p, and poultry seasoning. Add applesauce (not cinnamon, plain) right at the end.

Add to a bowl with TONS of pepperidge farm bread crumbs and cubes (Mom always mixed it up), broth, 1 beaten egg; and a little milk. Put in a pan and bake covered for 30; and another 15, until a little crisp on top. That was stuffing.

I made http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/holida ... fing-20933 and it was delicious, but that one you mentioned sounds good and I will put it in my "to try" book.
