Tonight I'm making my Herb Roasted Chicken Breast https://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/herb- ... reast-5474, but using just a touch of olive oil instead of all the butter to mix the herbs in, because of hubby's heart condition. Won't be as good without the butter, but it should be pretty good. Also the last of our home-grown green beans and a nice garden salad.

This looks good and uses rosemary which is growing out of control here. We are having chicken curry tonight with rice.

I am making Apricot Chicken tonight. We have not had this in so long. So seeing it is hubbies favorite, a public holiday and the weather has turned cool, I thought I would dig out my recipe and make it!
So I am off to open a bottle of Aussie's finest and get cooking!

I need something really EASY on the tummy.
So it's more of the leftover chicken w/ Homemade M & C,
as a side, peas.

Sounds good. Why not make a casserole with the chicken and peas in the mac 'n cheese! Maybe with toasted cracker crumbs on top.

I did make a casserole with the
Chicken, Pasta , & Cheese. And instead of the Peas,
I had Limas as a side.
